Covid-19 and Maintenance at Your Home
Thank you for submitting your work order. As always, our staff is prioritizing maintenance requests daily and will do our best to address your issue in a timely manner. In the interest of keeping you and our maintenance staff safe, we are asking that you read the information below and follow the instructions as requested before our staff visits your apartment or house.
Unless your repair needs are urgent or a property emergency, we will not be able to schedule your repairs until after we receive a response.
In order to ensure we can safely enter your home, we must first ask a few questions in the interest of safety for both our staff and you. Please answer each question below.
If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, we may request additional details. We realize the details may be personal and you will be under no legal obligation to share all of that information with us. However, we will respectfully request that you share enough information that will allow for a safe decision to be made. For example, if you are currently quarantining, we will ask what day your quarantine is due to expire, so that we may follow up with you at that time.
Again, we will not be able to schedule your work order until we receive a response from you, so please complete the form ASAP.
Depending on the type of work order/repair that is being done, our staff may ask that you make an attempt to stay in a different room or be out of the apartment if possible while they are present. If that is not possible, we ask that you respect social distancing while our staff is in your home. Staff will be wearing masks and gloves. We ask that if you will be in the apartment while our staff is working that you wear a mask too. We are taking this approach to limit in-person contact to keep both our staff and you safe.
